Squad Update: Maps, Radio Channels, Checklist Preview, and Gun Sights Zip.

Squad Update: 

The squad has effectively forked into two MA groups.  This is mostly due to disagreements over radio usage and tactics.  There were many things suggested, but in the end it seemed best if we just forked the two groups, allowing them to continue to grow separately and organically.

At some point when things are detailed we will be revisiting the squad night idea.

Events:

Updates on event will be posted from the Aces High Events page when the dates and times are available.  Events are KOTH, Air Racing, Combat Challenge, Snapshot and FSO.

I will have the squad registered for FSO in the next few days, everything going well.  Anyone else that wants to participate, send me an email with "SPECIAL EVENTS" in the subject line so I can add you to the roster before the next event, this upcoming Friday.

You can download the Maps as a Zip From the link below.  The preview is a screen shot of the package that I am putting together from Pandas originals.  I will also include some extra flight data and charts, along with radio channels and a flow list that will work for most fighter aircraft, as well as one that will work from most bombers.

Update.

War Update 

Played earlier today for a bit.  We are losing the war badly on the newest map.  If it keeps going like this I have little doubt that we will have a new map tonight.  

Got a kill with a 45, so I got that going for me.  Though Still lost the perks and 300 more in a couple hours.  Shame. 

We are going to be implementing a plan for taking back the NE if we get enough people on tonight, we'll see what happens.  B-17 & b-29's have been hitting our strats and the city all day[since 8am eastern 11pct.] so we have very little to work with until we get some key bases back and others resupplied.  

The VH guys have been saving us in the middle and holding what they can.  But they will need help from the air if we are going to gain ground and not keep getting pushed back.  

Squad News

Higheye, Shakey and I were speaking about when best to schedule squad night.  I will put up a form, mirroring it on our other sites, and in the forum.  Feel free to let us know your availability so we can scheduled a time that most people will be O.K. with. 

I will be updating the roles online so that everyone has a rank and knows their role as far as squad night is concerned.  

There is an old squad that had a ranking system that I like.  I will look for it and try and post the link so we can decide whether we would like to use it or not. 

We are going to try and fly the same planes on each sortie and do some fun things.  I have a video of hanger flying that I need to post.  We had a lot of fun last night! 

Update:Just Came Back

I just came back to the game recently.  I have a lot to do in general, so I will be getting back to things as soon as possible.  I will have some articles and videos up in the coming days.  I believe that I will be switching it to a domain, but this one and the current feed will be active while I work on all this and for a short time later.

I have thousands of pictures and quite a few videos to edit, and add, they will be categorized here from my YouTube page and other accounts.  I will likely have a static link to the images here.  I also have several Facebook pages in the same category that I will add and link from the bio page.

I have another project that I will be asking for help on, I will post those details later today or tomorrow.
